Parking Claim defended, now Directions Questionnaire/mediation
Went to Margate in an insurance provided courtesy car in 2024. Had a charge came through that we were over our allotted time. Any of 3 of the family could have been driving that day. We've basically ignored the letters since then.
Had a Court Claim from DCB Legal. I put together a defence from info on this forum, and have now had a Directions Questionnaire through. Any help with how to approach would be appreciated.
