    I would say absolutely yes, you should pay it. At the end of the day, the grandchildren are to get the same amount of money each to spend on what they want right? Regardless of increases or decreases in fees, the end amount should be the same for each. That’s still the fairest way to do it. If I send money in a birthday card then I don’t minus the cost of the card, the envelope and the stamp.
