countrywide asset management
My house was repossessed and after a long fight we have regained our property without it being sold. In the 3 months we were out of the house, with all of our possessions still in situ, it was supposedly looked after by Countrywide Asset management,Bracknell.During the period we were out of the house they did regular visits and it went as far as them doing a clean and stack ready for marketing, but just after that we regained possession of our house and when we got back in,it became apparent that many of our possessions were missing.and the cctv system cables had been cut.We complained to them but they have dismissed our complaint even though there were photos taken by them before and after the clean and stack. In the after photos the items are clearly missing and the cables are clearly shown as being cut.
Can I request from their agents,Taylors, who held the keys for this period for a log of who went in and out of the house and are they obliged to give it to me,as I wish to go to the courts to claim the value of the items that are missing and damaged
