Budget Energy…App and Website…can’t see info

I’ve been with budget about a year now and only on one or two previous occasions I’ve been able to access my bills, this last few weeks I can’t access anything other than my basic details, anyone else have problems with the iOS app or ordinary web site?
No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere
