CSPS - Capita added Alpha ABS

My wife has now had a 2025 ABS appear on the portal.

Catch is that it only includes her Alpha, which she didn't have for long.

Her Classic is missing off the ABS and portal still. That one was much larger and previously had a reasonable pension and Lump Sum.

I'm guessing Capita have not yet got to those.

See this update from 26th March, which states:

If you are affected by the 2015 Remedy, your ABS will show an estimate of your benefits in alpha starting on 1 April 2022. Benefit Statements showing your legacy benefits in Classic, Classic plus, Premium or Nuvos (the roll back position up to 31 March 2022) will follow later in 2026. Members with Added Pension, EPA, Transfer In, Added Years, Divorce and/or Scheme Pays will need to wait a little longer. Earlier Annual Benefit Statements will also follow in due course.

I did like how specific the timeline is - "follow later in 2026," "need to wait a little longer," and "follow in due course" all in the same paragraph - Sir Humphrey himself could have written that.

if you partially retired prior to getting your McCloud choice, and you originally tapered into alpha, you will only get one ABS based on your original taper date, so it will be wrong as it is not an option.
Dog knows when they’ll get round to giving the remaining McCloud choices 🙄
