Uncrystallised funds in my Drawdown SIPP. Why?

I have about 400000 in my drawdown SIPP with CMC Invest.
They have just sent me an annual illustration which shows that I have funds of "Uncrystallised £700, Drawdown £400000".
I don't understand where the uncrystallised amount has come from. I have never added new funds to this SIPP. I transferred the full drawdown pot from HL a couple of years ago.
It is invested in shares and ETFs. I thought the £700 might be from dividends but I have received more than £700 in dividends.
I am hoping someone can explain what the source of this £700 might be?
I was under the impression that this SIPP would always be 100% crystallised as I add any new contributions to my Freetrade SIPP.
Yes, I could put the question to CMC Invest but they use a third party outfit called Quai for SIPP administration and the question will take a while to get answered, if at all. I have found both outfits to be useless.
Thanks in advance!

You need to look at your transaction history. We don't have access to it, so we can't say what it is.

Chances are, it's a residual balance transfer that occurred at some point. I.e. dividends and interest that were paid after you crystallised on your original platform and they have transferred it across. However, your transaction history will show it.

It is not shown in my transaction history. They are not all shown in the App. I will email them for a full list of transactions.

When I transferred my fully crystallised SIPP from HL to ii, a couple of months later I received an uncrystallised lump sum from HL in my ii SIPP. I tried to find out where it came from but kept hitting a brick wall with HL (they can be useless). In the end I just accepted it as being mine and crystallised it in my ii SIPP.
