Absolutely incredible, I looked and initially though "Oh nice, cakes with fresh flowers on top" but every single one is actually hand made sugar paste, its amazing!0

I'm no cake decorater myself but I like to make brightly coloured fairy cakes. One of my Christmas presents was a box of professional food colouring pastes -24 colours. They produce really good colours. I'm slowly trying them all out as there's only so much icing you can or should eat 0 -
