Two down and a new one on the way FOC

I have had two external Birdify cameras from Amazon and both have died within weeks, possibly because of water ingress. They have now gone back to Amazon and I got a full refund :)
Birdify have picked up on this and have sent me one of their new Birdify 2 Pro cameras all FOC.
I guess the morale is that it is worth complaining when a product doesn't meet expectation.
