Uber one
My wife rarely uses Uber, this year she was charged for Uber one even though she signed up for it by mistake.
Is it possible to get a refund? I have cancelled it for next year she has not used Uber since she signed up.

What do the T&Cs say about cancellations?
Things that are different: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
it shows you on the app if it’s uber one or not so she should have noticed when she booked it,
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
She says she the following happened
a) she went to book an Uber it showed a total of £60
b) She thought it was high, looked again and it showed £5
She didn't realise it was signing her up to uber one.
