just a vent had won a competition for this weekend but the agent won’t send the ticket. Massive e-Mail problems where they say they have sent it but they clearly haven’t having checked spam etc etc etc Why they can’t just send as a reply I don’t know. Anyway have e-mailed the comp organiser to let them know. Not their fault but totally the agent who is meant to have sorted it. Hugely frustrating disappointing 🙃 oh well you win some you lose some as the saying goes.

Look through the Q&A In chat, there is a post there somewhere about what to do if the prize provider doesn't cough up.

@marcia_ thank you for replying. It was for the Great British Food Festival at Arley Hall. Have had a right nightmare chasing them up. Shocking customer service, and then figured I surely must be chatting to a bot as had very generic replies to e-mails. Honestly have waisted a lot of time. I won through Yeah Lifestyle but they said that the organisers would contact me with details and to contact by midweek if I hadn’t heard. I hadn’t then chased yeah lifestyle. Then got an e-mail from the agent for Great British Food festival saying send your car reg and we will send tickets. No tickets have landed checked spam etc etc etc after countless countless e-mails. I let yeah Lifestyle know and she said she would get the tickets sent to her and then forward to me, but nothing she will most definitely be having the same problems. I then complained directly to great British food festival and still no tickets. Why they can’t just reply with the tickets attached I don’t know. Utter shambles any way the upshot is I take this as a sign and I definitely do not want to go and give my money to this festival at all now after this experience. Have checked out reviews and it looks like it is a very overpriced food market so no bowing out blessing in disguise and on to entering other comps 😁 in it to win it 😁 thank you for sharing that will check it out

yes I've been to some food festivals and it's mostly over priced food and maybe crafts. Spend a fortune on random cheeses to take home and £15 for a light snack. But hope you get it sorted. It's not on offering a prize and not fulfilling it.
