MORTGAGE AGENCY SERVICES NO 5 LTD
Does anyone have any contact details for this company I want to register a complaint regarding interest rate hikes , also does anyone know where I can direct my complaint once I have obtained my account details, my mortgage was redeemed 10 years ago.

Is it not a bit late to complain about an account that was redeemed 10 years ago.

Recent, FCA and FOS rulings would suggest not

I should know what the timeframes are but we do not get complaints so I have a pretty good excuse for not knowing.
But I think a complaint has to be made within 6 years or 3 years of becoming aware.
6 years are obviously well gone.
3 years of being made aware… Difficult to argue you did not know rates went up. You would have had statements and also payments would have gone up.
