Self assessment first time
When providing details of savings and investments. Is it just tax year totals that are required or more details.
For examples savings interest, a total for year or list amount by each individual savings account with details of the acount numbers and bank details. Will they ask for this detail later or not bother.
Is it the same with dividends especially as can't find all my dividend tax vouchers only know the amounts I receive in my bank account.
Also how to calculate state pension as dates do not align with tax years and no P60 equivalent for state pension.
Thanks

Your questions were extensively covered in your previous thread earlier last month.
Very much doubt much can be added beyond exploring third party tax return software mentioned by @wmb194.

For savings interest and dividends, enter the total amount paid in the tax year. You will need to keep your own records in case of any enquiries from HMRC.
For the question on how to calculate state pension, I suggest this approach:
- Search online for "HMRC SA150 2025-26" (using the appropriate tax year, e.g. 2024-25 if applicable). This will be the tax return help notes for the tax year specified.
- Find the heading "UK pensions, annuities and other state benefits received", then "Box 8 State Pension", and follow that guidance.
