The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw:

9. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received within 2 weeks after the closing date of the prize draw.
10. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable. There is no cash equivalent.
11. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize is for an Ipod Nano which will be sent to the winning name & addresses as supplied on the entry form. The cost of delivery of the item is included in the prize
