The OP has a mortgage on a property lived by relatives.
It's difficult to understand how they could get a mortgage on a property with having their name on the deeds as the provider requires security.

Hello.
I just wanted to wish you well.on your journey. After Monday I will onlu have 1 more payment left on my DMP. I started my DMP jusy over 4.5 years ago now. I owed 34k on credit cards.
Setting up my DMP (I was referred to payplan by my Halifax credit card) was the best thing I have ever done. It literally saved my life. Payplan have been amazing and so supportive. I went managed as self managed just sounded hard work to me. I would not have been strong enough to make the payments all the time without them. From the first phone call I knew I had found the answer to my prayers. It has been so easy, and I can't believe I only have 2 payments left then that's done.
Good luck
