Hasn't it been posted before that these type of FOI requests have already been put to HMRC in the past and they basically fobbed it off with the excuse that it would require an unreasonable amount of resources to collect this data.

Yes and the same thing is likely to happen in response to this, particularly as it is so widely drawn.
