PPF lump sum reduction

Checked today and discovered that the lump sum quote from last time has been greatly reduced following a overview in October of last year . Annoyingly the figure quoted now ref lump sum will have a adverse effect on some future plans. Is it possible to take the lump sum now and not take the pension until the normal age which mine is 65 in 18 months time, my concern is that following a review this October the lump sum amount will be reduced again. Fully understand pension will be reduced etc and that the pension itself remains at the amount quoted in both the lump sum and not taking lump sum scenerios.. The lump sum has been reduced by over £10k . Still working and have other pensions untouched totalling £180k and have savings
