Has anyone been sold an unregulated loan without being told.
I purchased two cars and clearly stated I wanted flexibility to VT or change.
I was told that was all fine and I purchased said cars.
I was only ever asked to sign an I Pad and never shown the loan documents.
I have tried to give the cars back a year early and have been told I have an unregulated loan and have no rights and have to keep my cars.
The dealership said they would help but have also reneged on that.
Where are the best places to go to when this happens for help?

What type of "loan" do you have?
Who is the finance company?
Signing any document without understanding what you are being sold is quite frankly daft.2 -
Were these for your business?

A non-regulated loan would normally be taken out by or on behalf of a business, and therefore lacks consumer protection. Or it can be an interest free loan repayable over less than a year.
Your issue would seem to be with the terms of sale, rather than the loan agreement itself. What written evidence do you have that the dealership agreed to exchange the vehicles at your request after you bought them?
