minimum pay for loan ????
What is law says about minimum payments if you can not afford to pay because i got loan with Lloyds TSb and i said i can not pay more than £20 until my money problem is solved but they refuse to take it and put it through their solicitors .And their solicitors have send me first letter asking me to arrange the payment more than £20 with Lloyds and i replied to them but was shocked that they send me second letter saying i have not replied to them, and they are going to take it to court and will start taking money from my earnings .And also they have called me today saying that we are going to take you to court if you dont pay full ammount ,because i can not pay more than £20 a month. So anyone please can tell me what will be the outcome if they will take me to court and what is Minimum pay by law is i am entitled to pay Thanks .

If they take you to court, the judge will decide how much you must pay based on your income and expenditure.0
