Annual Pension Statement

I am retired and resident in Spain. For 7 years my tax advisor has requested the annual statement from the DWP for my pension. I have, so far, NEVER received such a letter and have been able to provide a summary of the payments into my bank. This year, however, the personal statment is not being accepted and I am being asked for the official statement. Before anyone repeats the previous advice of adding up the bank payments, dealing with Spanish bureaucracy is impossible, if not downright time consuming. If they want something, you have to provide it, eventually. Where can I obtain the official statment to satisfy the spanish tax people, please?

AFAIK there is no such thing. All you get is the annual increase letter and HMRC are informed of the annual amount through internal data transfer channels.

There's the annual letter that confirms the amount to be paid after the annual increase, would that suffice? Obviously not a statement of what HAS been paid.

It seems such a thing does exist but only available on line to UK residents so would be done by contacting the Pension Service / International Pension Centre. OP, have you tried phoning ?

Quite a few chats about this and how to do it on Facebook ex-pat groups - many stating it needs to be notarised in the UK before being accepted - so posting on one of those would likely be the best bet.
