Now several weeks into the new loyalty scheme and NO OFFERS OF ANY INTEREST available. Clothes offers only give 20% off if you spend the absolute minimum. Not bought anything at M&S since. Definitely a downgrade as far as I am concerned.

Some of the Sparks rewards can be gained over time, others have to be in a single spend. This is indeed a strange kind of incentive scheme.
