You're in a DMP, taking out more debt is madness.

I too would like someone for this. Recently rejected for a newer finance deal. I can afford it monthly. But the dealers don't want to know.
Most will give higher interest rates. Im better on secured loans then unsecured

Probably not the best idea to secure consumer borrowing. Take a look at your budget and make sure you are living within your means. What criteria was given for the Decline?

Unfortunately we would not be able to recommend any "bad credit" lenders simply because this is a moneysaving website, and such lenders usually charge substantial amounts of interest and charges.
That goes against the mantra of moneysaving, so if you need a car, you should perhaps make room in your budget to save for something cheap, or if that`s not possible, then pause your DMP until you have sufficient funds available.
Further borrowing whilst in debt management is a massive backward step, and there is nearly always another way to do it, remember a DMP is informal, and you can pause and re-start whenever you choose.
