CPM parked in electric bay
I work for the NHS and see a patient in an estate which is controlled by CPM.
I've received 2 parking tickets for being 'parked in electric bay, not actively charging'.
The bay I parked in is 2 bays. The electric charging point is in front of the bay I did not park in. Although the sign says do not park in electric bay if you are not actively charging, nowhere does it say that both of the bays are for electric charging. There is no marking on the floor. Some of the bays the charging point is the other end of the 2 bays to the one bay the charging point isn't in.

CPM are in the IAS, so there is no legitimate or genuine appeals process.
I would tell CPM why you won't be paying (don't regard it as an appeal and don't reveal who was driving). That way they at least have a record that their signage is insufficient and reduces any chance of a court claim (not that it would be a big deal and 99% never go to a hearing).
Complain to the landowner too. Please avoid getting a third as the chances of a court claim that doesn't get discontinued increases over £600.
