I’m sharing my personal experience with Admiral Money so others can make an informed decision.

After falling into temporary financial difficulty, I engaged openly, made a goodwill payment, and tried to resolve matters constructively. On 8 April 2026, I was emailed formal options regarding my PCP agreement, including returning the vehicle. Shortly afterwards, those options were withdrawn without clear explanation, and settlement figures changed within days.

The inconsistent communication and pressure caused significant distress and loss of sleep. I am now pursuing this through the formal complaints process.

I would advise anyone considering Admiral Money to ensure everything is confirmed clearly in writing and to be aware of how vulnerable situations are handled.

  • I have never ever received any post letter, when I bought the car from dealer I was assured on contract that I am liable to pay 299£ every month. But I was in need to car that time and didn't gave my thought why I was getting charged more than assured. You guys were charging 303£. I want to understand why there was a difference of 4£? Was it for Charity? or was it for Admiral employees?

Need should not negate knowing what you are signing up for. But now that you have, just ask them for an explanation.

  • They don’t have any answer for this, I have been asking continuously from long time. And what I have been hearing is please deal with your car dealer.

And what was the car dealer's response? It is possible that a salesman has been misleading. Car salesman have been known to be shifty to get a sale. If you have a copy of the agreement that should lay things out also.
