Anxious about remortgage

Quite a few lenders have lowered rates this week. Some have increased, some have upped some and lowered others…
They do generally seem to be on a downward trend at the moment which is nice.
I wouldnt expect you to check in this level of detail, but sometimes lenders up rates because its costing them more to get the money, they are too busy and want to stem business, they are just too cheap compared to the rest of the market etc.
Likewise they will lower them for a variety of reasons.
