This appears to be a free digital copy of the magazine... Not a hard copy... Just so folk know...

Yep... I got that too but then 2 days later got a digital copy link in my inbox... a "hard" copy may turn up but I suspect not... will let you know if it does...

I also just received an e-mail saying that my copy was ready to download!

I will wait to see if my copy arrives in the post , but I didn't realise it was a digital copy, so sorry in advance.

hello, i work for what mortgage and can confirm the copy you receive is a digital version and not paper. the digital version is exactly the same as you can buy in the shops and easy to navigate.

sorry for confussion. the website information will be changed shortly to say you get a digital copy.
