USS log on
Can I ask those who have a USS pension, are you having problems logging on to the site? I have tried over the last couple of days and keep receiving the following message:
Sorry, something went wrong...
We seem to be experiencing a few technical issues in My USS.
Please try again, or maybe come back later.

All seems OK although I did have to dig out my pin.
Revised payment for 2026 and 2025/26 P60 are available.

I have a small deferred pension with USS and am able to get into "My USS". I'm not sure if that is the same as what one would log in to once starting to take the pension.

I've had multiple failures to load over the past week or two. Usually clicking My Account will cause it to load up after a few attempts, or I'll try again later.

Yes, the same. It's been iffy for weeks for me - but from a hand count amongst colleagues is randomly impacting account holders

I called. I had to try a different browser (Chrome) and later cleared the cache in my original browser. I can log on via both now, but it remains slow. The advice also noted a number of similar problems being reported recently.

I've been trying for the past couple of days, no joy, and same 'sorry, something went wrong …' message. The site has always been very slow to let me in, but this prolonged lack of access is unusual.

I got in ok just now but yes, have been having trouble the last week or so. (I'm retiring in less than a month and was surprised to see that my latest investment builder contribution has been invested - I thought I understood the last one or two wouldn't be. Probably no point in worrying about it, though I could wish to be retiring at a time of lower volatility…)
