goldfish card £41 quidco cashback

Sorry if already posted, just saw on quidco that goldfish offering £41 cashback via quidco for every approved credit card application,I didnt see anything about spending on the card,so presume its just for being approved for, & receiving the card so you dont have to use it.
Note -Interest rate is quite high if it is used & not paid in full

Just applied - hope it tracks ad pays out. doesnt mention having to spend on the card so that brilliant, mind you they do a good scheme for colleting points (on spend)and you can use them for various vouchers. I was with Goldfish until Oct when they didnt send me my new card (ran out of date)and it took them 3wks to get me a new one as they had problems with their printers - no compensation or anything, no apology so moved to tesco but will get the £41 from here. Thanks to the poster

What is the situation with regards to cancelling the card, for example in 3 months time?
