The Prize

1. There is a single prize for each monthly prize draw. The amount of the prize is calculated by takingthe value, as set out in the latest SpareRoom Rental Index, of the average monthly rent for adouble room (including bills) in your postal area e.g. SK1. This may mean that you win more or lessthan your actual monthly rent.
2. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
3. In order to claim the prize you must provide to SpareRoom:
   1. proof of your residency, age and status as a renter, for example a copy of your tenancyagreement or lodger agreement;
   2. an up to date, good quality photo of yourself, for use in connection with clause 9.2;
   3. a short paragraph explaining a little about yourself, your rental set-up and what you will dowith the prize, for use in connection with clause 9.2; and
   4. details of a bank account to which SpareRoom can transfer the prize.
