In the meantime I have researched at least six Financial Ombudsman's reports on complaints raised by Fidelity clients. Each case resulted from fundamental errors made by Fidelity admin. staff. Fidelity needs to undertake a root and branch review of its admin. organisation to stop these errors occurring.
Do you have any idea what a massive operation Fidelity is? By the law of averages the bigger the player…and human errors happen.
