Evening! Just debating what to drink......something nice and healthy so I will feel all virtuous or a Jack Daniels and coke (caffeine free of course ;)).

For our honeymoon we went back to the place where we met in Gran Canaria. It was cheap and cheerful, the hotel was full of 18 year olds, but we had a lovely time. Ahhhhh....memories.......:)

i'm supposed to be searching for honeymoon options but i keep running up against the fact that a) i'll be happy just spending time with OH regardless of where it is
    b) holidays are just so expensive and i can think of loads of other ways to spend the money
    c) i'm a bit of a home bird and like my own bed
    d) i've never holiday shopped before so it's not a skill i have, and probably not one i should acquire whilst trying to become DF

This is one thing I would love to be doing - not so much the honeymoon but a holiday. all the sales, new cars, furniture etc in the ads aren't tempting me but I want to go on holiday! if you are going posh I noticed kuoni are doing some good deal on quidco at the mo, but so are Virgin.
    Enjoy it!

I'm not sure you can call hotel beds proper beds.. they have those weird bed covers and blankets all layered up... I'm too much of a fan of my big fat duvet :D

Yes - try to avoid an OH who is into camp.

    It can lead to disappointment.
