Won IG comp but not received

I won a family meal at Nandos over 2 weeks ago on Instagram with a leisure centre (that has a Nandos). They replied to my comment on the comp post to tell me I had won and that I needed to send them my name and email address, which I did straight away.

They didn't respond, so I sent them a dm a couple of days later asking if everything was ok, and they said Nandos was supposed to email me directly and that they would check. I sent them another dm a few days later to let them know that Nandos still hadn't emailed me and they replied that they will chase it. It's been a week since their last message and I've not had a response or received the prize.

It seems really unprofessional, what would you do?

I usually give it around 30 days for prize fulfilment, understand its annoying to wait though.

They are responding to you and it sounds like they're doing what they can. All you can really do is keep chasing. Do you have the contact details for the nandos at the leisure centre? May also be worth trying to get hold of them yourself.

Sadly I never got this. I tried one final message and they just stopped responding. Tried with nandos directly, no luck there either.
