nope! Don’t know where they got that bank account from. I don’t recall ever giving it to Zable

Well that is a mystery.

if you understandably feel cross about this, you could send Zable a Subject Access Request (https://zable.co.uk/privacy) - email cards@zable.co.uk with Subject Access Request as the email title. Say you would like to know all the banking information Zable has held about you while your account and the Lendable loan account has been open, including how they acquired the information, on which date, and when you set up Direct Debit or Continuous Payment Authority access to an account.
