What to spend Nectar points on?

Hi
I have been shopping in Sainsbury's for quite a while and have managed to save 21,687 nectar points.
Should i just take the money of the next shopping visit or is there a better way to spend them, i know alot of you convert clubcard points to other stuff such as magazines etc. Can you do this with Nectar points?
