Aviva pension policy disappeared from MyAviva

. I genuinely don't understand why, as it's a simple individual stakeholder pension which I used to deposit spare money, and get the 40% tax relief.
1 - It's running on AXA's system out of Bristol and not connected to Aviva's system
2 - AXA had two stakeholder pensions with the BK policy number setup. They had different T&Cs and fund availability. Neither use the same fund house and set up that Aviva use on CGNU plans. So, not as easy as you think.
Aviva turned off the AXA online system not long after taking control of Friends Life. I don't know why but the AXA system was old. So, probably full of security holes.
