Hearst Good Housekeeping subscription offer of £10 M&S voucher set at Zero
Has anyone else had problems getting their vouchers from Hearst magazines Goid Housekeeping or other magazines?
I subscribed to Good Housekeeping on 24 Dec 2025. Their offer was for annual subscription cost of £23.99 + £10 Marks and Spencer voucher. I was sent the promised M&S voucher on 30 December but the value was set to zero. After sending two letters of complaint I received apologies and yet another “replacement” M&S voucher on 9 March but it was also set at £0.00. Only after threatening to expose their offer as a potential scam did they finally send the voucher.
I would like to ask please if any others have been similarly badly treated by magazines. Hearst owns many magazines?
It took a lot of emails and follow up to get the voucher. I’m sure others will have given up. Hearst refused to tell me what the problem was and if others had been affected or whether Hearst took any steps to contact those who received zero vouchers set at zero.
Please let me know if you had any similar experience with these magazine subscription offers. Thank you
