CountryLine Nashville Trip Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize

A single prize will be awarded to the winner, subject to complying with all applicable terms and conditions. The prize consists of:

• A 4-night stay for two (2) adults at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville.
• Two (2) return flight tickets to Nashville.
• Two (2) Opry Show Tickets.

Prize Conditions:

• Transportation of passengers and baggage is subject to the airlines’ own terms and conditions.
• The four-night stay is based on availability; holidays and some weekends are excluded, and other blackout dates will apply.
• Airport transfers are not included.
• The prize cannot be amended once booked, is not for resale, is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
• Please allow a minimum two-week lead time for processing and booking preferred dates, though booking specific dates is not guaranteed.
• The winner and their guest must ensure they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas (e.g., ESTA) at their own sole expense. Failure to secure necessary travel documentation will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the dates or substitute the prize.
• The winner agrees to provide marketing for CountryLine brands.

3. Important Dates

• Competition End Date: The competition closes on 10th April 2026 at 23:59. Any entries received before the start date or after this end date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
• Travel Deadline: All travel must occur by 10th April 2027. No date extensions are permitted.

4. Entrant Restrictions

• Entrants must be 21 years of age or older by the entry end date. Both the winner and their guest must be 21+.
• Employees (and their friends or family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group), or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering.

5. Routes of Entry, Bonus Entries, and Winner Selection

• Free Standard Entry: The competition is completely free to enter. You can enter via the designated landing page (https://countryline.tv/win-a-vip-trip-to-nashville/) or other associated landing pages shared in our marketing. A valid name and email address are required to enter.
• Membership Bonus Entries (10 Extra Entries): While standard entry is free, anyone who signs up for a paid CountryLine membership (Annual tier) before the closing date will automatically receive ten (10) extra entries into the prize draw. Existing active CountryLine members who meet the entrant criteria will also automatically be allocated these ten bonus entries.
• Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (including standard and bonus entries).
• Claiming the Prize: Once notified via email, the selected winner will have 48 hours to acknowledge the email and provide the required information (name, contact number, postal address, and email) to facilitate the prize.
  • Note: The 48-hour window commences the moment the email is sent by CountryLine. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the subscriber receiving the communication.
  • Failure to respond within 48 hours, or failure to satisfy all rules outlined, will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected at random under the same rules.
• Winner Announcement: CountryLine reserves the right to announce the winner across our own channels.

6. Data Protection

• Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses) will be collected by the Promoter to process entries.
• By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, strictly in accordance with current UK rules. For further details, please read our privacy terms.
• By opting in when registering, subscribers agree to receive marketing communications from CountryLine.tv and Opry Entertainment Group.

7. Other Conditions

• Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.
• The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes they have breached any of these terms.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including internet access or phone calls.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this competition if required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
