Barclays Mortgage 2026 Processing Times
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has recent experience with mortgage processing times with Barclays?
Our situation is pretty straightforward - PAYE applicants, no adverse credit, and we're purchasing a new build property which will be ready in February 2027. We've already submitted everything and are now waiting to hear back.
Would really appreciate it if anyone could share how long it took for their application to be approved (or any timelines from application to offer).
So far it’s been:
Applied via broker - 24.03.26
Hard credit search - 24.03.26
