Recommend against lexmarks due to expense of cartridges. Spend an extra £50 - £100 now on a Canon etc, and you are almost guaranteed to make it back in the saving after using 2 lots of ink refills.

i must admit i was tempted cause with my staff discount, i would get it for £45, but i only really would want it for the wifi, and with only i pc in our household there is no real need to have a wireless printer, and i have just come across the half price canon that has been put up in another thread for £25, so will buy that one instead, especially as money is so tight, Dave.

ok it doesnt have wifi and its not colour

but a laser printer with a free extra toner (itself worth £54.99)
it should last you ages and i mean ages!

Hi,

I have been looking to buy this printer for a while, and saw it on offer in Morrisons on Monday, £50 (They also had the X4650 for £60 ish)

Anyway, I set it all up last night, really simple, now have 1 desktop & 1 laptop set up to print wireless.

It also scans pretty good too, it has a panel on the front of the printer which gives you the option of which PC you would like to scan to.

Also tested the copy function, which worked perfectly.

All in all, very happy with purchase and price.
