My Clubcard prices

I have just had some 'my clubcard prices' appear in my app and the FAQs say I have to activate them - but I can't work out how!! Can anyone enlighten me?

Within the Tesco app you select Clubcard (at the bottom of the screen) then touch Coupons upper middle (which has a number against it) and Add each deal.

On my app there is a banner at the top of the offers in blue saying "unlock Personalised Prices" I assume you click on that, but I haven't actually tried is as none of the personalised offers they have given me are worth unlocking as none of which I buy in Tesco.

It's not the coupons I'm asking about, it's personalised clubcard offers ( although practically they amount to the same thing if the coupons are for money off)

Ive clicked on the banner that announced 'my clubcard offers' - so based in what you said maybe that has activated them. But I couldn't see what they are without clicking on it, so I'm still a little confused - how did you see what they are without clicking?

Just had a look at my Tesco App on my IPhone - It may be slightly different for Android?

Open Tesco app and click on clubcard at the bottom of the screen.

There should now be a row with Vouchers / Coupons / Partners.

Click on Coupons (Mine says 5)

Once you are in the My Clubcard Coupons page, It lists the coupons.

At the top of this page is 'Added' and 'Not Added'

On each coupon there is a button called 'Add'.

If you select 'Add' on the coupon it disappears but do not worry - it has simply moved from the 'Not Added' screen to the 'Added' screen. You can flick between the 'Not Added' and 'Added' screens.

If it is not working suggest you update IOS and App in App Store.

I have just added my coupons so they are all active. Now if I shop at Tesco and spend £3 on Hot Cross Buns I get 50p off.

"My Clubcard Prices" and "Coupons" are 2 separate promotions. The former is for selected participants and is, as the name suggests, personalised prices on selected items for the whole promotional period rather than an X p off or Y points on an item coupon.

It's the 'my clubcard prices' I'm asking about, not the coupons, but thank you for your detailed response

The discounts were applied so I assume just clicking on the banner activated them. Neither of the ladies at the Customer service desk had heard of the offers - they checked their own apps and one had them and the other didn't, so it's obviously not being offered to everyone.

I never get any of the clubcard challenges.

I've had an email to say to unlock my personalised club card offers and to unlock in the app, but I don't have a banner or anything to click on.

One of the items I was planning on buying over the weekend so will be interesting to see if it's automatically applied

I had my second set of offers yesterday.

There was a banner on the home page labelled 'Your clubcard offers'. When I clicked on that it went to the page listing the offers and there was a blue strip saying ' activate your offers' which I clicked on. It wasn't there last week with my first set of offers. It isn't there now so I assume that means the offers are activated.
