Yeah, but they don't exactly show it happening on video or live.

I wonder if someone will eventually receive a text from their mobile provider warning about a breach of their "Fair Usage Policy" for making an unreasonable number of calls, especially under the "continuous redialling" clause.

The competition specific terms doesn’t mention any restrictions, but the general terms do. Still none the wiser.

The specific terms say :-

"IMPORTANT: THIS PROMOTION IS ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO ARE LOCATED IN THE UK AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions."

The "here" link takes you to the general terms and conditions pdf which says :-

"So that we can ensure the fairness of our Promotions, you acknowledge and agree that if
you win a prize in any of our Promotions valued at £1,000 or above; or if you have won
more than one prize during the previous six months then we reserve the right to withdraw
from you, at our absolute discretion, any prize awarded to you, in error or otherwise,
during a period of six months (“Exclusion Period”). You will be reminded of this when you
provide your details during the prize fulfilment stage so there can be no doubt or
confusion on your behalf that you accept and agree to participate in our Promotions in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do enter any Promotion during the
Exclusion Period, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to: (i) select another
entrant to participate in the Promotion; (ii) impose either a further exclusion period of
twelve months from the date of your last entry attempt, or a longer or permanent ban, if
we deem this necessary or appropriate; and/or (iii) disqualify your mobile phone
number(s) and email addresses from future Promotions during this Exclusion Period. If
you are disqualified, entry fees (if any) will not be refunded. You understand that if you
enter our Promotions using multiple mobile phone numbers or email addresses, even if

So it's clear.

I enter in bigs chunks of entries by free phone calls ( such as 75 at one time followed by 75 at another time ) whilst watching the TV or listening to the Radio or surfing the internet ). I was browsing the t&cs and using this rule they could interpret my entries suspicious/fraudulent based on nothing.

14.    Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.

So unless I have lost my mind based on nothing they could decide in the example I used my 75 entries in one go is ' Bulk ' and so ' suspicious ' and just throw them out ?

There really should be more transparency around this because I would hate to see free phone entries all marked ineligible for this reason without the entrant knowing!

I don't want my efforts to be in vain :( All these calls wear the battery over time.
