Trainline vs Uber plus trainline travel insurance
Hi guys i have a flight booked from lgw at 13:35.
Looking at the 9:43 train.
The travel insurance if the trains are cancelled or delayed will they book me a taxi or reimburse me if i book myself?
Is there anything similar if i book through uber will national rail reimburse or provide alternative transport? Do they have optional insurance?
Also on the trainline app it says i can go on multiple off peak trains but on the uber app it does say that. Im uploading screenshots. Is it same with uber but just doesn't state it? Incase i miss the 9:43 and can make the 09:59 or 10:13.

From what it says it sounds as if they'll give you compensation - I very much doubt they'll book a taxi for you - from experience they'll only do that if it's the last train of the day.
Don't Trainline charge a booking fee ? I always book direct with the train operator

I wouldn't use either of those sites, use a Train Operating company site or Trainsplit.
As they are anytime off peak single tickets they can be used on any off peak service.0
