    So the question now has changed to ask if anybody has complained to the Ombudsman as they state on their website how to challenge the decision on their website tusing the Independent Assessor Dame Gillian Guy but do not give any details how to contact her.

    You really do need to look again at the terms of reference for the Independent Assessor. She looks at complaints about customer service.

    She states quite explicitly what she can't look at, including:

    • look at the merits of the case, or review the outcome reached
