Since others have covered the software side, here's a practical tip - start digitising your record-keeping NOW rather than waiting until 2026! Get into the habit of photographing receipts immediately and categorising expenses as they happen. The quarterly deadlines will be much less stressful if you're already maintaining digital records throughout the year rather than scrambling to catch up every three months.
