Love2Shop vouchers

in I wanna buy it or do it

I called customer service to pay to extend my voucher. However, I was told that this was not possible as it purchased my by employer as given to me (long service) I could not do this. Is this correct?

    In the T&Cs I can find on the website, I cannot see anything that says anything about you not being able to extend if they were purchased by a third party for a gift (unless I have missed it)

    as far as I’m aware, the expiry date is just that and they don’t allow extensions.

    The T&Cs do mention "redemption" after expiry date with a fee charged (in some cases) to the card balance. Those T&Cs though are specifically for consumer purchased gift cards.
