Workplace Pension/extra cash payment

I will probably have another 3 years of moving money into the pension and ISA, and TBH the job sector i'm in is not that favorable at the moment. So i dont know if in future i could be restricted by my earnings.

Yes i agree, nothing is even close to being secured until Exchange (at the least).

We have already had 1 buyer pull out late on, this one im a bit more confident about. Just frustrating it 'could' come down to just a few weeks.

I think the point being made is that even if you exchanged contracts tomorrow, and completed a week later, it could still be months until you actually receive the funds because the rest of the estate may need to be completed first.
