CMS and Fostering

I am in the process of going to panel to foster 2 of my grandchildren if they don’t go back to Mum and Dad.
Currently they are in emergency foster care but I have been successful in the assessment
I am still paying maintenance through the CMS for my 18 year old Daughter who’s in college
How does the CMS see the fostering allowance is it classed as income like my wages are
Does having 2 children in the household alter my payments in any way
