Thanks. I have taken it out. I am hoping it works out well.
On 185k I have noticed that the monthly payment ranges from 1k to 1.1k should rates go from the current 4.24 (0.49 above based) to 5%. Which is pretty ok, I was expecting major swings in monthly payments should rates go much higher but I am surprised it seems to only fluctuate by about £100-£150 a month.
