You will not find prices for David Lloyd membership online, i have been looking for a while now. The best thing to do it call them up and ask for a price list or go into your local one and ask a member of staff.
Do not get pressured into signing up there and then, even if you think you want what they have to offer. Go away and think about it. A lot of people feel pressured to sign up on the spot and then find it very hard to get out of it.0 -
Like many others, I enquired, but they would not tell me the price over the phone.
'Just come on down and we'll show you around and go through the options'
Anyway long and short of it is, fabulous gym and facilities, but also an equally fabulous price
£84.50 per month if taking a 3 month membership
£70.00 per month if taking a 12 month membership
Too much for me i'm afraid, especially as I am not likely to use it more than 2 times a week.
If they call me back and offer me a deal, I will update this post.
Hope this helps someone.0 -
They are bloody expensive. Find out what facilities you want then shop around at other gyms. For example I know that JJB have similar facilities but are half the price. Fitness first dont normally have a pool but they are around the £35 mark. DL are very expensive!0

Depends where about in the Country you are I think. I know even with my local council run gym: for me to join would be a few pence short of £40 a month, but others outside of London (and outside of my borough) pay somewhere between £11 - £20 which just sounds amazingly low!
Not sure if DL offer a student price, worth asking though, just call them up and ask.0 -
mifit gyms are normally cheap. I know the one in cardiff is around £15 a month ... but there are no classes. I have gotten quite addicted to RPM lately so things like that wouldnt be included. I am sure DL do a student membership but its still expensive even with that for what you get.0
