Well in my mind the first thing you should do is come clean with your partner.

Partnership is working together, not living a lie as you are and want to still carry on doing.

If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

First have you stopped gambling? "Dealing with this through professional help" could mean Yes, No, or Possibly. If you aren't prepared to commit to this, then you are not in a position to decide what to do with the debts.

You have to stop using credit to pay credit. Otherwise you are just fooling yourself and things get worse. Can you pay the minimums to the debts if you do not use any cards or BNPL?

You have a couple of other options. One is bankruptcy. Get a clean start from this mess. Post a Statement of Affairs and we can see if this is a very good idea ort a very bad one.

Another is variation on a DMP, with StepChange or self managed, where you make affordability complaints to try to reduce the balances.

Post a Statement of Affairs here, including lender names and your best guess at what you spend at the moment, minus any gambling money. Not hardly anything at all and a massive amount for an emergency fund, that doesn't help to see your full picture.
