Asda Rewards issue
Earlier this week I was logged out of the Asda Rewards app, which happens from time to time, but this time I've been unable to log back in. I open the app, enter my email and password, it looks like it's logging in, but then just goes back to the original page and prompts me to login or register.
I've tried everything they've suggested, changing my password, updating the app and deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has worked. I know other MSErs use the app, and wondered if anyone else was having issues or had any other suggestions.

Used it an hour ago in Asda, no problems. Lets me log out and back in just now. Android phone.
Old phone? Just had a security/OS update? Account working in a browser at asda.com?

The phone's android and only a couple of years old. I have no bother logging into my account anywhere else, just on the phone. I also have various other store apps, but have no issues with them. It just seems to be the Asda one.

working fine on my iPhone. I would try logging in on a laptop or PC to see if you can access your account. Then you'll know whether it's a phone issue or not

No problem on the app but I have lots of problems on the website using chrome with the message incorrect or missing turnstile token. I did manage to sort it out in the end but can't remember how and it is doing the same thing again so I just use another browser now.
I would suggest clearing the cache on your app and if that doesn't work try by clearing data so that the app runs as if it has just been installed. Another option to try would be to uninstall the app then reinstall it.
On android go to settings, apps, manage apps, open the rewards app then storage and you will find the clear cache and clear data options. Also use the force stop option when you open the app. Hopefully one of those options will work for you.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I tried them all, bar deleting user data which seemed like the 'nuclear' option, and none seemed to work. I popped into the branch where I was when I was logged out, thought I'd give it another try, and it logged in. I've no idea whether it was something that was suggested finally working, or just coincidence, but I'm now back in.
